Welcome to Fanelorn.net, where you will find my artwork, both university-related and not, the comics I draw in my free time, manga translations done for my personal amusement, and some merchandise.

I’m known as Elanor Pam, and study at the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro. My field is printmaking; I study woodblock printing, lithography and etching. I also dabble at watercolor, india ink and digital art. I grew up involved with the anime/manga scene, and have been influenced by their styles; I’m also fond of High Fantasy, the Neo-Victorian/Steampunk movement, Art Nouveau and Pop Art. This convergence of styles is helping me develop a style I can call more or less my own.

If you’d like to buy any of the prints presented on this site, or comission a personalized work, please feel free to contact me at webmaster@fanelorn.net for price negociation.

All my etching prints so far have been uploaded (finally!). For those who’ve wondered why I’ve only posted translations lately, well… most of my etchings were still back in the University atelier. Also, translating is fun.

Research

Hard ground and aquatint on copper (black), aquatint on copper (green). Two plates used.

The black printing ink was not flowing well that day, which made for a bad black-and-white print. After several attempts, I finally got tired and called it done anyway. I hope to make a decent print out this one eventually.
