I quite like the text effect on the sound effect in pannel 3. 
You know, in portuguese there’s a verb that would make Bert’s slip impossible to misunderstand.
He’s lucky the verb “to be” is so multi-use.
So guys, I just reinstalled Windows (again! gotta do that every now and then) and I got a few new interesting programs. I also just recently got Sketch Pad and Sketch Book as a gift, so maybe I should upload the sketches I’ve made as voting incentives?
